Nothing But Time

Staying home has it's rewards and I love my kids. Although I am a person thats needs a project to work on every now and then at night for a few hours to have some alone time and relax in the garage after the kids go to bed. So after my 1978 ford f-100 supercab had a freak accident and caught on fire and Burned to the ground in the Parking lot at the air force base I had nothing to work on for a few months. So when dad suggested coming to visit and bringing me one of my mustangs down to work on I Lept into action getting the new Engine ready. It's a 302 C.I.D. that I bought from a guy who had it in a 69 gt mustang It was very well kept and has low miles. I had plenty of time to clean every bolt and replace all the gaskets before the final coat of Old Ford Blue paint. I also bought a Holley 2300 series 2 barrel for it. and Put an Electronic Ignition Dist in it.

  1. Hey JT, Andy here....This blog looks good man, I didn't think an old stick burner like you knew how to write so well. Keep up the good work, it is a fun way to express yourself and your work, and by the way your work looks real good. later, Andy

  2. I found your blog from Andy's blog. You're making a lot of really good progress on your car. Mine unfortunately is going much slower, but we'll get there one day. I was wondering if you had any pictures of your Ford truck before it burned up? I have a 77 Ford truck that I'm pretty fond of. I couldn't imagine it burning to the ground out of no where. Glad you have the Mustang to keep you busy though. Keep up the good work.
